The three star chef Jerome Serres for a night at Omikron on February 24
The distinguished French chef Jerome Serres, who has been awarded with three Michelin stars, will be the guest chef at the gourmet night that Omikron organizes with its executive chef Miltos Armenis.
On February 24, the two chefs, who after several years of collaboration have a close relationship, will co-exist in Omikron’s kitchen, creating with fantasy and talent an excellent menu that promises to take off every feeling.
The award-winning Jerome Serres is a kitchen artist who introduced the greek audience to high gastronomy with his sophisticated Mediterranean approach to French cuisine, cooking for many years at award-winning Athenian restaurants.
At that night’s menu the beginning is made with the amuse bouche of the chefs and follow the dishes: Red cabbage with truffles, foie gras, roasted almonds and balsamic pearls and Bass sous vide with scorched skin, smoked carrots with truffles in rabbit broth, Beef with olive powder and truffle, celery root poached in broth and black trumpet mushrooms sabayon, Tart with french brie, truffle, poached pear and sorbet vinsanto and for sweet closure Beetroot broth with truffle, mascarpone cream and lemon meringue in liquid nitrogen and the essential Chefs mignardise.
The menu will have a pairing of wines from the estate of Kostas Lazaridis
