The restaurant «Omikron» is found in Nea Erithrea and has soon become a gastronomic destination with the signature of its creators and owners of the Kastelorizo Group.

With spectacular and warm environment, Omikron invites you to discover the unique architecture and decoration, as well as its harmonically synthesized flavors.

The building is composed of two levels and has a large garden rich in flowers and trees. The decoration is a combination of modern luxury and elegant simplicity.

The earthy, warm colors dominate the internal area mingling with numerous gold shades adding extra light while discreet patterns repeatedly remind the name of the restaurant. Balancing between a European metropolitan atmosphere and a subtle touch of Asian culture we offer an exceptional result.

The cuisine is moderate and very aromatic. The ingredients are always fresh, and many are organic. The chef is inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine which offers a journey of senses still not afraid to challenge herself with influences from other cultures such as the Japanese and the French. The «Omikron of the Sea» and the «Omikron of the Land» are the ideal welcoming. These diverse flavors are inspired by the sea and earth.

The cuisine is taken over by the award-winning Greek-Spanish chef Miltos Armenis who stood out for the particularly creative cuisine and in 2016 won the prize of a talented Chef in the Golden Chef’s Cap. The Greek-Spanish chef after working in restaurants with Michelin stars in France, Spain and Switzerland for seven years, and had collaborations with Alain Doucasse and Jérôme Serres for the first time takes over a restaurant  in Athens. The capital for the first time will have the opportunity to taste the evolving Greek creative cuisine of the chef. The menu is based on the contemporary creative Greek cuisine, influenced by the chef’s origins from Corfu but also with touches of international cuisines. Dishes like pastitsada with tomato sauce flavored with spices rooster and gruyere cream, cuttlefish with its ink and couscous with a soft sour cheese with lemon zest and dill oil, lamb chops with tomato pearl barley, olives and feta cheese, stir the interest and satisfy the most demanding taste lovers.
